Position Purpose
The Lead Housing Outreach Specialist will coordinate outreach services for homeless persons in Columbus and Franklin County. Responsibilities include using geographical data to support engagement, developing follow-up care links for housing placements, establishing links to housing and shelter resources, and maintaining data on agency activities and homeless populations.
