The Role The Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and delivering total customer satisfaction. Ideally, a candidate is friendly, has excellent communication skills, is dynamic with an outgoing personality, and is seeking a long‑term career.
Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position, Monday through Saturday. Store hours are from opening to closing with Sunday off and one additional weekday off. Schedules may change as directed by management.
Compensation Paid hourly at $14.45–$17.00 per hour, paid weekly. All companywide roles share the same payroll procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and at customers’ homes, obtaining new orders when needed.
Perform safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures while keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained.
Maintain an inviting store with organized product display and cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to a like‑new condition and keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record – responsible for company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Consistent in‑person attendance.

Physical Demands This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. Movers must frequently lift and/or move heavy items and merchandise and adhere to all company safety guidelines.
