is currently hiring an experienced Ready Mix Concrete Plant Maintenance Person for a full‑time position. This position entails work throughout the St. Louis County area. If you enjoy working outside and don’t mind getting dirty, join our great group of co‑workers.
Day in the Life
Arrive to work with a great team of co‑workers.
Plan out the day – Safety First – If it’s not safe, don’t do it!
Perform scheduled maintenance; if the plant is down, all hands on deck.
Perform routine, preventative, diagnostic, and repair maintenance on all plant equipment, including conveyors, bins, hoppers, pits, air systems, dust collectors, etc. Operate front‑end loader, forklift, aerial lift, Lull, welder, skid steer, and other plant equipment.
Work until the day is done.
Go home and enjoy a good life with family and friends.
Basic Requirements
Ability to diagnose and repair concrete plant equipment.
Experience with welding and cutting.
Valid Driver’s License.
No fear of heights.
Physically able to wear a respirator.
Experience operating a front‑end loader.
Own hand tools.
Self‑motivated and able to multi‑task.
Work outdoors year round.
Must be available as needed for overtime work.
Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
