Oversee service orders and ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service. Provide customer support, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards. Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards. Maintain good working relationship with other employees. Qualifications
