Overview
Community & Sales Outreach Representative at StretchLab Appleton. This role focuses on expanding the studio7s presence in the community through partnerships, outreach events, and educating local businesses about StretchLab services. The position may include limited in-studio support to ensure a seamless client experience. Some fitness knowledge is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
Represent StretchLab Appleton as the first point of contact in the community Research, identify, and reach out to local businesses, organizations, and groups to develop partnerships Schedule, coordinate, and attend pop-up and partnership events that promote StretchLab services Educate community members and potential partners about StretchLab Appleton7s services, benefits, and membership options Build and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with community partners Organize logistics for outreach events, including scheduling, locations, and materials Coordinate with staff to schedule coverage for events and ensure proper staffing Track and report on event outcomes, including leads generated and community impact Promote StretchLab services, programs, and memberships at events and through outreach efforts Collect and follow up on leads from events and partnerships Assist with local marketing initiatives as needed Serve as a front desk representative during designated studio hours (limited portion of weekly schedule) Greet clients, answer phones, assist with scheduling, and support studio operations as needed Maintain a flexible schedule to support events; communicate schedules and opportunities with owners and team Requirements / Qualifications
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Comfortable with calling prospective members Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one sessions Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per workday Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient computer skills Occasional local travel may be required Ability to work weekends Compensation & Perks
Competitive pay based on experience - up to $20 per hour Commissions on membership and retail sales Flexible schedule Job Type & Schedule
Part-time Day hours, after-school, evening shifts, and weekend availability Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
