Identify referral opportunities Relationship building Cross-selling of Bank\'s products and services Business development (inside and outside) Personally model the standards of the Bank\'s Mission, Vision, and Pledge Assess the financial needs of Banking Center clients and recommend appropriate solutions Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions Manage CSR cash drawer, balancing and cash handling procedures Comply with security, audit procedures, and Banking Center policies Meet and exceed defined sales goals for loans, deposits, partner referrals, and profitability Promote the sales culture and reach individual and team sales goals Communicate and partner with branch staff to promote a team environment Monitor performance against goals and adjust plans as needed Engage in outbound calling activities and promote bank products with appropriate referrals Educate team on uncovering opportunities to advance customers\' financial wellness Set priorities and implement defined sales and service activities Promote company products and services in the community Support day-to-day operations including customer service, opening/closing, vault duties, cash controls, and inventory, audit, and compliance needs Participate in regular sales and staff meetings Provide service on banking matters and resolve issues professionally Build positive relationships with internal partners and seek constructive feedback Exercise sound judgment following established guidelines and using appropriate resources Maintain security controls to protect against crime and fraud Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Support team in handling calls and other duties to meet customer needs Cross-trained to assist with operational duties Other Skills and Requirements

Regulatory compliance awareness and ongoing training Willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) per S.A.F.E. Act Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365; ability to learn banking software Strong consumer lending skills and product knowledge Ability to generate new financial relationships via outbound calling and internal business development Excellent verbal and written communication to build relationships Ability to interpret various instructions and multi-task effectively Good mathematical and analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and flexibility Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs Availability to work all hours of operations Additional Information

The wage range for the Customer Service Advisor position is

$18.50 - $21.50 per hour

and is eligible for approved overtime and referral incentives. The position includes 17 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) and 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability) and 11 annual paid holidays.
