Property Manager – Arbors at Creekside (Austin, TX)
Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations of a 176-unit LIHTC property. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, managing occupancy, supervising staff, overseeing maintenance, and fostering a positive resident community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations, budget, and compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and local regulations. Manage leasing, rent collection, and resident relations. Supervise staff and ensure maintenance standards. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
3-5 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing. Strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
