This full-time role requires a dedicated professional to join our vibrant team at one of our apartment communities.The role aims to support the community's dynamic and diverse residents and further enhances our commitment to providing exceptional living experiences. Please note, this is not a remote job and requires on-site presence to effectively engage with residents and manage day-to-day leasing activities. As a Leasing Agent at Fortiva Residential, your primary focus will be to assist prospective and current residents in finding and enjoying their perfect home. You will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of living and satisfaction among our residents. Welcome prospective residents and conduct thorough and engaging apartment tours. Manage the entire leasing process, from initial contact through to signing, including handling leasing paperwork and applications accurately and timely. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. Participate in marketing activities, manage social media listings, and assist with property promotions to increase visibility and attract new residents. Support the development and implementation of resident satisfaction and retention programs to ensure a vibrant community atmosphere. Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment, ensuring it remains conducive for resident interactions and business operations. Accurately record leads, activities, and updates in the property management software, AppFolio, ensuring a high level of communication and operational efficiency. Attend and participate in community events, sometimes outside of regular business hours, to boost community engagement and resident satisfaction. Provide timely and effective solutions to resident issues and concerns, enhancing resident retention and satisfaction. Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring consistency and quality in customer service and operational standards. Requirements

Proven multifamily leasing experience with a strong track record of achieving leasing targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Must possess reliable transportation and a smartphone to fulfill responsibilities effectively. Professional appearance and a positive attitude, reflecting the values and standards of Fortiva Residential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
