Respond to telephone inquiries from customers. Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs. Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock. Maintain a section of the showroom floor. Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts. Perform all other duties as assigned. Parts Counter Sales Requirements Education: A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Additional product training preferred. Experience: A minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations is required. Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver’s license is required. Appearance: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Premier Truck Group is an equal opportunity employer.
