Overview
Customer Account Representative at Rent-A-Center. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, supporting sales, and assisting with deliveries and merchandising. Responsibilities
Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone. Assist with deliveries and pickups, including safe loading/unloading, installation, and maintaining company vehicles and procedures. Maintain an inviting store environment, refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, and keep showroom clean and organized. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicle use required) Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances Strong communication and customer service skills Helpful Traits

The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting/moving heavy items; normal safety guidelines apply. Hours and Schedule
This is a full-time position with hours Monday through Saturday; Sundays off and one other weekday off. Schedules may vary with business needs. Benefits and Perks
