Customer PSP – Product Strategy & Planning (Qualcomm Account) Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Qualcomm’s automotive product road map (SiPs, SoCs, platforms, ecosystems) and identify strategic alignment opportunities. Track industry and technology trends relevant to SiP modules, smart cockpits, and automotive connectivity with the help of internal teams. Strategic Partnership Development Cultivate relationships across Qualcomm’s business, strategy, and product teams to elevate our positioning from supplier to strategic partner. Identify and propose new areas for collaboration that align with both road maps. Lead the team in fixing gaps (communication or otherwise) to solve issues (short term) and smooth and deepen the relationship (long term). Internal Communication & Alignment Bridge the gap between our global internal teams (especially China-based engineering, marketing, and executive leadership) and Qualcomm's U.S.-based organization. Drive internal alignment on customer expectations, timelines, and product direction. Strategic Planning & Influence Support the creation and refinement of our
customer-specific product strategy
based on insight gathered from Qualcomm, internally, and market context. Provide structured input into long-term planning, product road maps, and go-to-market strategies. Relationship Management Act as the voice of the customer inside our organization, advocating for their needs and helping resolve technical or communication misalignment. Act as the voice of Desay SV to the customer, helping them understand our motivations and needs. Facilitate and sometimes lead from working-level to high-level meetings, ensuring clear objectives, follow-ups, and progress tracking. Seniority level
