Corporex is searching for a Property Manager to join the team overseeing our growing real estate portfolio in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market to assist in oversight of our property portfolio within our Ovation development.As a Property Manager at Corporex, you will oversee all operational management of several commercial properties including office, retail, property owner’s association and parking facilities at a new mixed-use development. The Property Manager will be a key player in the programming and activation of each phase of this mixed-use development. This position carries unique potential for long-term growth opportunities with a locally based real estate developer. Responsible for the operational management of assigned properties Build and administer the annual property budgets and perform ongoing budget management throughout the year, reprojecting where necessary Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly property reports Manage tenant and vendor relations at assigned properties Bid, negotiate, award and manage all building service contracts and operating projects Act as Landlord representative on all tenant improvement construction Assist in developing and executing short and long-term asset strategy Perform frequent and thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with Corporex standards Responsible for all lease administration duties Monitor and collect accounts receivable at assigned properties Serve as primary point of contact for clients, tenants, guests and vendors Ensure property requests and problems are resolved in accordance with contractual obligations and Corporex standards Work alongside development, construction, sales and marketing teams to bring new assets to occupancy Other duties as assigned Skills, Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university 2-4 years of commercial property management experience including mixed-use, office, parking and retail. Residential experience, specifically HOA, is also a plus. Strong knowledge of real estate management, commercial leases and property operations Experience with budgeting and common area expense reconciliation Ability to prioritize and multi-task Customer service oriented Ability to work with minimal supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
