Drive Leasing Performance: achieve and maintain strong occupancy levels by prompting follow-up with prospective residents, conducting effective property tours, and converting leads into applications. Manage your leasing pipeline using the CRM and collaborate with other departments to drive results. Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences: serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensure timely, professional, and empathetic communications, create a seamless move-in experience, support high resident satisfaction, and work to retain residents. Ensure Operational Excellence: take ownership of the property's physical condition and daily operations through regular inspections, coordination with maintenance teams, and enforcement of cleanliness and safety standards. Manage rent collection, address delinquency issues promptly, and contribute to strategic performance improvements. Be a Cultural Champion: embody and promote company values including Extreme Ownership, Cover & Move, Discipline = Freedom, and Customer Service; collaborate across teams, maintain high standards, and deliver fast, thoughtful, resident-focused service. Conduct Market Research: stay informed on local rental trends to recommend pricing and property improvements. Grow Professionally: participate in required training and ongoing professional development opportunities. What We’re Looking For
A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical savvy—able to navigate multiple systems and browsers. Availability Monday–Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm CST).
