Job Description As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also be in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers with in‑depth information on product features and benefits.

Qualifications
Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability for inventory and cash control.
A self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail.
An open mind, eagerness to learn, and interest in the riding community.
Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not required, but a plus).
