
About the Role
SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified
Government Property Manager
to oversee all functions dealing with managing Government inventory. This role ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, maintains documentation, and provides support to government customers.
Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAR requirements and industry practices.
Update procedural documents for the Government and develop new processes as needed.
Manage GFP transactions in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
Supervise the Inventory Management Analyst and Inventory Clerks.
Provide training to internal and external team members on property management procedures.
Ensure all Government deliverables (procedures, reports, audit documentation, etc.) are prepared accurately and delivered on-time.
Coordinate contract property closeout, including final physical inventory and DCMA Plant Clearance disposition.
Provide reports to the Government and senior management.
Interface with DCMA and DCAA.
Provide property guidance on new business proposals.
Establish and maintain working relationships with Government customers, team members, and Business Area Managers.
Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Have extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or operations discipline.
Experience:
4 years of relevant experience.
All SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.
Location & Travel Location: Middletown, RI.
Travel: Infrequent ( Security Clearance Secret clearance required.
