Seminary or graduate education in pastoral ministry preferred. Credentialed, licensed, and ordained by the Christian and Missionary Alliance or willing to work toward it. Previous Pastoral Experience
We prefer someone with previous experience as a pastor but would consider a second career, first-time pastor with life experience. Ministry Strengths

Oversight of all areas of ministry within the church Empowering others to use gifts within all areas of ministry Preaching & teaching in Sunday morning services and additional services as the needs arise Teaching Bible studies Community and congregational visitation Pastoral counseling Working with the church leadership team Involvement with church events Outreach and evangelism Family
Prefer a married pastor with a wife who is involved in church life but not a requirement. Additional Requirements
We prefer a candidate who is willing to relocate to Ramsey or nearby to be involved in our community. Must successfully complete and pass a background check. Must complete The C&MA’s “Protect the Church: Serving Safe with Minors Training Course” or equivalent prior to start. Application Process
