The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience. This is a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the community runs smoothly, residents are supported, and financial goals are met. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance. Oversee daily operations, resident relations, leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals. Manage financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records. Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth. Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards. Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and hit performance targets. Proven track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction. High level of professionalism and customer service.
