Taylor Management is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Onsite Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a residential property and ensuring that residents enjoy a high standard of living. This is a 3-day-a-week position for an active adult community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, resident relations, and administrative duties
Ensure that all property maintenance and repairs are promptly addressed and completed
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Manage property budgets and financial records, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and income
Implement and enforce community rules, regulations, and policies in collaboration with the homeowners association
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Onsite Property Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of property management laws and best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
