To achieve our “Digital Business Partner” vision, we are expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales organisation in the US and accelerate our regional growth.
Your Responsibilities As a Sales Director, you will lead and develop a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth, elevate sales performance, and strengthen Jedox’s market presence in the US. This is a Player‑Coach role that combines strategic leadership with hands‑on deal execution.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coach the team:
Manage, mentor, and motivate Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, skill development, and coaching.
Drive revenue and execution:
Act as an individual contributor on key channel‑led deals, guiding strategy and execution from opportunity creation to close.
Manage partner sales:
Build and strengthen relationships with partners, oversee joint business plans, and coordinate proposals, RFPs, and end‑user engagements.
Forecast and analyze:
Conduct regular forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure healthy coverage, data accuracy, and performance visibility.
Implement best practices:
Champion Jedox’s “Way of Selling” initiative to improve win rates and operational consistency.
Collaborate cross‑functionally:
Work closely with Marketing, Solution Advisory, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment and enable partner success.
Recruit and develop talent:
Hire, onboard, and grow top sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.
Your Profile
3-5 years of experience
in a quota‑carrying sales role (AE, SDR, CSM, etc.).
2-3 years of experience
in a sales management or leadership role.
Proven ability to
coach and develop
sales reps.
Strong understanding of
forecasting, sales processes, and pipeline management .
Experience with
CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and data analytics .
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership skills .
Willingness to
travel , with a focus on destinations throughout the American region.
