What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner
Clearly explain service needs and recommended maintenance
Coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians
Keep customers informed on service progress and any changes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:
Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Basic computer and technology skills
A strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience
Ability to meet performance goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $3,666 – $8,083.
