Customer Service
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service
Interact face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers
Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments via the POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments
Property Maintenance
Physical requirements: daily walks of the property, cleaning units and premises, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.)
Maintain the facility: mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities
Keep a clean and safe storage facility to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors)

Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market
Basic computer skills
Additional Requirements
Ability to work Saturdays
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation used during the workday
Position requires frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder
Compensation The hourly rate for this role is $17.91 – $19.41, depending on experience. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
