Job Overview
Our client is a growing distribution company located in Seattle seeking a Sales Director/General Manager. This ON‑SITE role requires leading sales, operations, and P&L for food or beverage distribution in the Seattle market. The company fosters a family/team‑centered culture.
Base Pay Range $135,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Manage existing staff at the distribution center
Oversee all branch activities, including sales, ops, and P&L
Analyze market data to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, discount rates, and promotional sales programs
Think critically in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Involved in selecting, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
Qualifications
Heavy experience in food or beverage sales in the Seattle market
