Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
to lead financial modeling, reporting, and strategic decision support. Key Responsibilities
Manage and refine the corporate earnings model. Prepare earnings memos and lead monthly cash flow discussions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop reports for lenders and rating agencies. Assist in treasury functions, debt management, and capital market strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance; 7+ years of relevant experience. Expertise in building complex financial models and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with financial software such as Yardi and Adaptive Insights; REIT or real estate experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $126,891 - $187,723, with potential bonuses and stock awards. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and wellness programs. Application Details
