As Director, you’ll be the go-to leader shaping educational programs and building strong external relationships. You’ll: Drive strategy around partnerships, philanthropy, and community engagement. Manage volunteer programs and keep them energized. Oversee facilities budgets and leases, making sure everything runs smoothly. Coordinate site operations and keep teams working in sync. Step in as backup to the Operations Manager for facilities readiness. Partner with the Education & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to strengthen external ties. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Education, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field). 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management, educational programming, or community engagement. Proven success building external partnerships and leading volunteer/community initiatives. Experience overseeing budgets, facilities, or operational functions. A strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. What You’ll Get
