Responsibilities: Meet with senior leaders to review financial results, discuss upcoming opportunities and create forward-looking forecasts Provide guidance to the junior finance team Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for various distribution centers Work with FP&A team members to generate and distribute financial reporting Report financial findings to other members of the executive leadership team and implement strategies to help company performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Advanced degree; a plus 10+ years in a director level position 5+ years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or related field Strong attention to detail Seniority level
