Job Description
What to expect when you work here As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You would also be in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers with in-depth information on product features and benefits. Aim For The Podium: Provide an outstanding shopping experience and exceptional customer service by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper placement and display of merchandise, and completing price updates. Sales Associates are responsible for hitting their daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards. Stay aware of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements set forth by the Marketing Team. Take Risks; Wear a Helmet: Encouraged to try new ideas and grow. Use the planogram to display monthly sales while being creative. Be prepared to learn from failures. Share The Road: Health, safety, and wellness programs are available for all team members. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives promote open communication and equitable environments. Maintain a friendly and upbeat personality. Keep It Real: Split time between receiving and selling hours, earning base pay during receiving hours and commission during selling hours. Our next Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate has: Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience. Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong computer skills, writing, and math ability for inventory management and cash control. A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail. An eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community. Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro). Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest (not a must, but a plus!). Additional Information
