Commercial Portfolio Manager – San Francisco, CA Windsor Management is expanding and seeking talented individuals to join our growing team. This position is open year-round to support our continued growth and ensure we attract top talent whenever you are ready to make your next career move. The compensation for this role is commensurate with the cost of living in the Bay Area and will be adjusted to reflect the standard of living in the applicant's location. This position will manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the San Francisco area. What Success Looks Like

New Portfolio Managers start with roughly a third of a normal portfolio and grow into a full portfolio over six months. Work is guided by clear communication and trust rather than solely by KPIs, focusing on workload, building performance, and in-depth problem solving. Team collaboration; PMs know who to go to with questions and who consistently delivers for owners. Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the San Francisco area and support growth initiatives. Provide white glove service to owners, ensuring issues are addressed and properties perform well. Contribute to a high-trust, high-collaboration team environment with a balance of ownership and teamwork. Qualifications

Thorough understanding of lease terms, lessor and lessee responsibilities, and CAM estimates and reconciliation calculations. Knowledge of buildings, structures, and systems. Construction management and project management experience. Accrual accounting knowledge. Ability to balance owning your portfolio with collaborative teamwork. Problem-solving mindset, collaborative approach, responsive, and customer service oriented. Benefits

Federal Holidays: We observe the 11 Federal Holidays and close our office. Vacation PTO: 15 earned days in the first year, increasing to 20 days thereafter. Sick PTO: 5 days per year. Windsor Days PTO: 31 guaranteed days per year in the first year (increasing to 36 in the second year); not guaranteed annually and dependent on business needs. Medical Coverage: CA Kaiser HMO Plan and Blue Shield PPO Plan. Vision and Dental: Through Ameritas. Long Term Disability: 60% of pre-disability monthly earnings up to $10,000/month. 401k Plan: Company matching via Guideline.
