Publicly Traded Arlington, TX Manage the US tax team for a global business. Looking for a true business partner with executive acumen. Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Primary Responsibilities
Manage and support preparing tax filings, schedules, payments, and related reports as needed. Prepare and review both domestic and international tax returns on a quarterly and annual basis. Conduct and review reconciliations of balance sheet accounts associated with tax. Ensure tax documentation and records are well-organized and maintained. Research and apply all eligible tax credits. Collaborate with the contracts team to assess tax clauses during contract negotiations. Monitor and communicate tax obligations and risks tied to existing contracts. Partner with external advisors on complex tax issues. Design and implement improvements to tax-related processes and procedures. Is this you?
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline. 7-15+ years of experience Experience in both domestic and international tax concepts. Capable leader - ideally having managed a team of direct reports Business partner acumen and interest, not just a number cruncher Seniority level
