Automotive Sales Representatives

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional purchasing experience. If you are motivated, goal‑driven, and passionate about helping people, this is a fantastic opportunity to achieve financial success in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and leasing goals for new and used vehicles while maintaining dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.

Assist customers in selecting vehicles by identifying their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information on vehicle features, performance, and optional equipment.

Conduct vehicle test drives and demonstrate product benefits.

Maintain a professional, customer‑centric approach throughout the sales process.

Ensure timely delivery of sold vehicles and complete all required paperwork accurately.

Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to finalize sales.

Stay informed on all dealership promotions, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.

Build strong customer relationships through follow‑ups and personalized service.

Promote dealership services and schedule the customer’s first service appointment.

Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Goal‑oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and dealership sales tools.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation

Salary:

$65,000 - $100,000+ per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses.
