This is a full-time, on-site role located in Union, NJ, for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, manage and lead teams, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities will also include budgeting, resource management, process improvement, and customer service. The Director will work closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and quality control. Qualifications
Proven experience in Operations Management and process improvement Strong Analytical Skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent Team Management skills, including leading and developing teams Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation Excellent Customer Service skills and experience in client relations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in Union, NJ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Familiarity with industry standards such as UL891, UL50, UL508, and ANSI is a plus Location & Employment Type
