Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Director, IT Programs
to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on ERP program leadership, reporting & analytics, and process optimization. This role will oversee the IT Program Management Office (PMO), ensure data accuracy for decision-making, and drive adoption of processes and training across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP expertise, people management experience, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise technology programs that align with business goals. Responsibilities Lead and oversee ERP initiatives, ensuring effective program execution and integration across business units. Provide leadership and direction to the IT PMO, driving governance, prioritization, and program oversight. Establish and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics strategies, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for business decisions. Own business processes and training initiatives, driving adoption of new systems and ways of working. Manage and mentor IT program managers, analysts, and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations, and deliver enterprise solutions. (Preferred) Lead or support implementation/management of Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Proven experience in ERP program leadership and delivery. Strong background in reporting, analytics, and data strategy. 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including people management. Experience overseeing PMO governance and IT program portfolios. Knowledge of HCMS systems highly desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
