We are seeking a
Director of IT Field Services
to lead hardware lifecycle operations across a large, multi-site environment. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing procurement, deployment, support, and end-of-life management of thousands of devices. You will manage a talented team of technicians, mobile device specialists, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient technology support. Responsibilities: Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Mentor team members to achieve technical excellence and high-quality service. Develop and execute strategies for hardware procurement and lifecycle management. Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective agreements. Oversee device setup and rollout with minimal disruption. Implement proactive hardware lifecycle strategies. Manage timely replacement and secure data destruction of devices. Maintain accurate hardware inventory with robust asset tracking. Define and monitor KPIs for performance, cost, and satisfaction. Report insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Extensive experience in technical operations and field services management. Proven leadership of cross-functional teams. Experience in hardware procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.
