SitelogIQ . Were hiring an Associate Manager of Sales to join our West Business Unit, based in Southern California. This hybrid role will require a presence in our Costa Mesa, CA office at least two days per week. As a key contributor to our Sales team, the Associate Manager of Sales will play a collaborative role in driving performance and achieving growth targets. This position offers a strong foundation for career advancement within our Sales organization. Target Salary:

$95,000 - $120,000+ depending on experience Associate Manager Of Sales Responsibilities

Sales Management Lead and coordinate sales strategy within individual market segments and with individual Account Executive. Host regularly scheduled Sales Funnel Review Meeting with Account Executives and Development Team. Work with the Account Executive; identify, develop, and track opportunities through the process (roadmap) through contract signing. Work with leadership; identify, develop, and maintain sales and most probable year (MPY) forecasts, and multi-year projections. Maintain/Enhance project finance models, project cashflows, and proformas. Cultivate relationships with project financiers and PPA providers. Develop, and incorporate sales strategies across the region specific to individual markets. Support individual growth plans around procurement strategies (sole-source, LLB, design-build, etc.) and client engagement. Work with Marketing on initiatives specific to the Southern California Region. Lead Generation & Market Research

Develop and maintain customer targeting lists and Ideal Customer Profiles. Conduct research on public sector prospects, including board agendas, budgets, and capital improvement plans. Support outbound lead generation campaigns and track response metrics. Research funding sources, procurement trends, and grant/rebate opportunities. CRM & Sales Process Support

Administer CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) including data entry, contact management, and pipeline updates. Ensure data integrity across fields such as lead status, confidence ratings, and activity tracking. Assist with forecasting and reporting, including preparation of performance dashboards. Support deal flow through the sales stage process and ensure timely follow-ups. Proposal & Presentation Support

Assist with assembling, formatting, and submitting customer proposals and presentations. Coordinate with the marketing team on email campaigns, social media support, and trade show collateral. Client Engagement & Event Support

Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Assist with scheduling, logistics, and event planning related to customer outreach and regional summits. Help set and confirm appointments with decision-makers as part of targeted campaigns. Project Development Support

Collect and organize utility data and site information to support feasibility analysis. Support development of financial proformas and coordinate early-stage project documentation. Assist with site visit logistics and documentation. Help coordinate with engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-award. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Track key sales and development metrics and assist in process documentation. Identify and recommend improvements in CRM usage, lead generation strategies, and proposal workflows. Associate Manager Of Sales Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 3+ years related experience supporting a sales team preferred Public sector experience a plus No Agencies, please Benefits
