This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage, and drafting orders for repairs. A determined self‑starter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction is essential.

h3>Responsibilitiesh3 Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
Consults with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.
Sells additional needed services.
Sets and manages expectations for service delivery for both customers and mechanics.
Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times.
Verifies that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
Performs other duties as assigned.
h3>Qualificationsh3 One year of dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred.
Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be in good standing.
Must exhibit personal and professional integrity.
Must have a desire for a long‑term career with a growing organization.
CDK experience; highly preferred.
