Sr. Inside Sales Business Development Manager

Job Overview The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue generating position with responsibility for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio of products (BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVDERM Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica, KYBELLA). The role focuses on business development activities using primarily phone communication.
Responsibilities
Consistently achieves sales quota across the portfolio; proficient in sales execution.
Creates call and business development plans across the product portfolio.
Manages attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through communication with Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager.
Works on sample allocation, placing orders, providing marketing materials, and assisting accounts with marketing strategies.
Supports training of accounts on Allergan programs and other sales initiatives.
Educates customers on product indications, contraindications, and safety.
Identifies growth opportunities including expanding reach and new product launches.
Provides marketing support, including website and social media development.
Pre-plans sales calls and maintains efficient time management.
Maintains updated industry and competitive knowledge.
Ensures compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborates cross-functionally with field sales representatives.
Participates in coverage plans during leave of absence and vacant territory coverage.
Attends sales trainings and meetings.
Completes administrative responsibilities including presentations and expense reports.
Demonstrates strong work ethic, high integrity, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
Two or more years of relevant sales experience.
Track record of earning strong commissions, ability to work independently, and exhibit superior communication skills.
Ability to travel by air or car up to 15‑20% of the time.
Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry with interactions with physicians and patients.
Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers.
Preference for two years of inside sales experience.
Knowledge of Inside Sales selling skills and business environment.
Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
Proven selling skills, team player, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency with sales force automation and Microsoft Office suite.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation for this role at the time of posting.
