Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, providing exceptional service, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation Package
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a diverse book of business with premium volume spanning a wide range of account sizes.
Provide day‑to‑day servicing of accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
Handle accounts across various industries, including bonds, oil & gas, coal, municipalities, construction, and contractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Utilize AMS360 agency management system to manage accounts and documentation.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure seamless account management.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses / Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Preferred: 10+ years of experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
Soft Skills:
Eager and proactive attitude.
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
