Key Responsibilities: Review and verify service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and legibility Input data from hard copies into the digital system (RO reconciliation) Calculate materials or shop supply charges accurately Finalize retail prices including parts, fluids, labor, supplies, and taxes Support the service team with additional administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For
Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and a positive, high-energy attitude Superior customer service and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment The pay for this position is $11.33 - $14.00/hr. based on experience.
