The Relationship Banker II is responsible for opening accounts for customers, preparing new account paperwork and requesting required identification, conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service while following Bank policies, mitigating risk, and selling bank products to help customers achieve financial goals. The incumbent works with the branch team to meet scorecard goals and their own individual goals. Principal Accountabilities

20% Responsible for opening accounts for customers and preparing new account paperwork and requesting required identification. 20% Responsible for handling customer transactions and helping with account-related inquiries; accurately maintain and balance cash drawers and vault, reconciling discrepancies. 15% Identify the needs of new and existing customers and offer appropriate products and services. 10% Assist with internal controls and daily report follow-up; handle night depository deposits and other operational duties as assigned. 10% Consistently demonstrate the Bank's Right by You quality standards by providing superior customer service. 10% Mitigate losses through work accuracy and adherence to Bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines. 10% Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to specific metrics and goals. 5% Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with one year of banking experience and two years of cash handling and customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Qualifications

Demonstrates banking and product knowledge. Strong relationship and sales skills. Basic math and computer skills. High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy. Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills. Must maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Must complete teller training classes. Must complete product knowledge, account maintenance, and account opening training classes. Ability to pass a background check. Employment Details
