✅ Develop and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong profit margins ✅ Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking ✅ Leverage existing relationships within the live event and production industry to accelerate growth ✅ Partner with internal Account Executives and Project teams to ensure seamless client experiences ✅ Accurately track all sales activities in CRM, maintaining detailed records of accounts, opportunities, and progress ✅ Stay informed on competitive trends and market developments, sharing insights with leadership ✅ Represent

through industry organizations, associations, and events What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
– 5–10 years in business development or sales within the AV, live events, or production industry Education
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven Results
– Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals Communication & Negotiation
– Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills Strategic Thinking
– Ability to analyze opportunities, forecast revenue, and manage pipelines effectively Leadership
