Job Description NBCUniversal Local is seeking a Digital Analytics Analyst who is passionate about using data to uncover insights and tells meaningful stories about how audiences engage with our content across NBC, Telemundo, and Regional Sports Networks.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners — including Product, Editorial, and Audience Development — to translate data into actionable strategies that shape decisions for our digital platforms and content experiences.

Analyze and visualize complex datasets to uncover trends and communicate insights that drive strategic decisions.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that empower business, sales, and editorial teams to better understand performance and opportunities.

Perform ad hoc analyses and create compelling data stories to inform content, audience, and product strategies.

Size and evaluate opportunities to ensure teams are prioritizing initiatives with the highest impact.

Use SQL and other tools to transform large datasets into reliable, high‑quality sources for analysis and reporting.

Stay informed about digital analytics best practices, evolving audience measurement standards, and industry trends.

Qualifications

1+ year in a data‑focused role (analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering preferred)

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are required

Hands‑on experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and comScore

Experience with data visualization platforms like Domo, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI

Working knowledge of SQL

Understanding of social media and audience analytics

Ability to convey complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences

Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Self‑starter who is resourceful, flexible, proactive & thrives in a collaborative team culture

Hybrid

: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
