Strategic Account Manager - Capital Sales - (Histology & Anatomic Pathology) Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives (capital instruments & reagents) in targeted Anatomic Pathology, Histology, Dermatology & GI labs in Little Rock, AR, Kansas City, MO & surrounding areas. Must maintain & grow existing accounts & develop new accounts in the assigned geography. Develop partnerships with all levels of Buying Influences to include: C‑Suite, Lab Directors, Lab Managers, Histotechnologist, Safety Officers, Materials Management, etc. Additionally, the position requires value quantification presentations to potential customers. Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the full portfolio of products offered by Roche Diagnostics, Tissue Division. Resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways and demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise to drive a customer‑focused sales process. Must work independently & collaborate with a team of Specialists to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Customer‑focused selling skills is a must to drive consistent results & partnerships. Overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of relevant & proven complex sales experience (capital sales experience is a plus)

Good oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations

Proven leadership abilities

Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills

Ability to work in a regulated environment

5+ to 7 years experience
