Axela, a leading technology company serving community associations across the nation, is looking for a South Florida-based Relationship Manager to join our Miami office. You will be joining our client-facing expansion team—a tight-knit, high-impact group within the larger Sales organization.
This is a hybrid position. Applicants must be able to work at least 3 days a week in our Miami, FL corporate office.

Our platform is designed to bring transparency, communication, and efficiency to the typically arduous process of managing and collecting delinquent accounts.
What You'll Do
Help onboard and train new clients to ensure a smooth implementation experience
Partner with community association managers to introduce our platform to board members
Host webinars for partners and prospective clients to demonstrate value and build engagement
Jump in to assist with escalated support issues when needed
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
Be proactive in driving new sign-ups and helping users see the value of the platform
What We're Looking For
Experience in a client-facing or relationship management role
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfort leading presentations, demos, or trainings
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through
Bonus Points
Experience in the community management, property management, or HOA industry
Familiarity with related software or vendors in this space
