Responsibilities

Identify customer needs, buying motivations, and pair them with the correct vehicle.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrate drives, and ask customers to purchase the vehicle.

Overcome obstacles and/or objections during the sales process.

Continuously improve vehicle and process knowledge and educate customers on products and processes.

Assist customers at initial contact, provide professional follow‑up, and support after purchase.

Track customers through meticulous input of information into the database; follow up by phone, email, and documentation of all communication.

Learn and understand vehicle financing and present financing options to customers.

Prepare purchase agreements, appraisal information, credit applications, and all related documentation.

Meticulously ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate; adhere to all local, state, and federal reporting guidelines.

Qualifications

Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to take instruction and follow direction.

Punctuality, strong customer focus, and a growth mindset.

Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year and maintain a clean driving record.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred.

Must complete a job application, drug screening, and submit a social security card.

Hours & Compensation Full‑time position. Store hours: Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (shift start and end times vary). Off Sunday plus one weekday.

Commission based compensation. Paid training period: $20/hour for the first 60 days. After the first 60 days of full‑time employment, you will receive 14 days of paid time off available to use.
