Overview
In Market Dealer Development Manager role at BRP. Report to Dealer Development Manager Team Lead and manage network change in the US. Contribute to dealer network evolution, bring new dealers and expand BRP’s footprint.
Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, and validate market analysis to ensure representation in the right areas.
Prospect open markets and evaluate applicants, including on‑site evaluations of dealership operations, processes, and financial health.
Summarize and report progress, findings, and recommendations to management.
Activate new BRP dealerships per the set targets.
Execute strategic plans to grow dealer network.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in dealership operations at manager level or above.
Understanding of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and dealer network relationship dynamics.
Project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Initiative: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
Travel: Up to 50% travel required.
Residence: Must reside within assigned market (Georgia, Alabama, North or South Carolina) or Plano, TX required to be onsite 3 days per week.
Current work authorization required; sponsorship not provided.
