Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is Preferred. CDK Experience Preferred. The drive to become the BMW expert our clients deserve. The desire to exceed expectations and deliver a red carpet experience to every client that comes through the door. Ability to multitask a must. Team Player is a necessity. Positive & friendly attitude. Interpersonal communication skills. Basic computer skills. Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience. Ability to achieve targeted goals. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license. Compensation
The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $3,300–$10,000. Equal Employment Opportunity
