Job Title
Licensed Customs Broker
Job Type Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities
Facilitating the clearance of imported goods through customs.
Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and laws.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
Negotiating with government agencies on behalf of clients.
Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth customs process.
Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Customs Broker
Active Customs Broker License is required
In-depth knowledge of customs laws and regulations
Extensive experience in international trade and customs processes
Proficiency in customs brokerage software and technology
Strong understanding of global trade agreements and compliance standards
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English
In-depth knowledge of customs laws and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Location Multiple Locations
Compensation Details This position offers a competitive base salary.
