Your Impact
Provide second-level support to AGCO GCE, dealers, and customers via phone and ticketing systems to resolve product-related issues.
Handle inquiries regarding product features, technical problems, and administrative assistance.
Collaborate and Escalate issues to Product Teams (Level 2 & 3) and IT Team (Level 3) to ensure timely resolution.
Develop technical expertise on assigned products through inquiry handling, knowledge creation, IT collaboration, and occasional field visits.
Enhance skills and contribute by participating in training programs and testing new products and features.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Familiarity with computer systems and commonly used software applications.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of dealership business practices related to product support (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Experience in dealership operations (sales, parts, or service) beneficial but not mandatory.

Your Compensation This position will be within the range of $54,797 - $110,000 based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% compensation.
