As a Nested Area Partner, you'll manage your local strategy, marketing, and working hours, directly influencing your earnings. This role offers a unique estate agency experience, allowing you to grow your own agency in your familiar area—from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating. You'll benefit from Nested’s marketing support, whether sponsoring local events or advertising in newspapers. We trust our partners to handle local advertising with professional support available at every step. You will manage client relationships from start to finish, acting as their primary contact throughout their Nested journey. You'll have access to a smart selling app and in-house support. The compensation? A commission structure that fairly rewards your efforts, starting at 75% of revenue and increasing to 100%, offering significant earning potential. This is a comprehensive role that lets you operate your estate agency your way, supported by Nested’s brand, products, and services. Requirements

5-10 years of top-tier industry experience in valuing residential properties, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers. Strategic understanding of managing marketing budgets, generating leads, and building a local valuation pipeline. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. Self-employment requires proactive effort: if your clients don’t sell, you don’t get paid. A passion for your craft is essential. Deep knowledge of your local area—familiarity with amenities, schools, and hotspots. Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach, committed to delivering excellent outcomes and experiences. Social media skills are a bonus but not essential. Enthusiasm for building your personal brand and engaging with your community is valued. Benefits
