
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate with a strong background in staffing, with a particular emphasis on healthcare. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of industry experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, and an extensive network of clients, enabling them to contribute immediately to our growth. This role involves sourcing and managing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities.
Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and goals to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
Present tailored staffing solutions to businesses.
Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Qualifications
Healthcare Experience:
Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically around clinical staffing is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales, specifically staffing, with a proven track record and a strong network of clients, particularly in healthcare.
Sales Acumen:
Proven ability to source, recruit, and place top-performing professionals, with a preference for those with healthcare expertise.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Networking:
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain a diverse talent pool.
Technology Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM systems, sales platforms, and other digital tools.
Goal-Oriented:
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Availability:
Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed to accommodate client interaction.
Travel:
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings and recruitment events.
