Resident Services Coordinator – Part‑Time (On Broadway – 1488)

Location: Sacramento, CA – 140‑unit affordable family housing community on Broadway. Employment type: Part‑time (20 hours per week). Salary: $22.50 – $33.30 per hour (hiring range generally $22.50 – $27.90 per hour, DOE). Company Overview

Assists residents by connecting them with existing social services provided by public agencies or private practitioners within the community. Examines resident needs for on‑site services and explores ways programs and services can be brought to the property. Engages in a trauma‑informed approach to service delivery and develops community relationships while supporting EAH’s mission and core values. Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services and program activities to residents both on and off‑site, including providing information, assistance, and referrals, and conducting follow‑up. Perform needs assessments to determine types of programs and services that would benefit residents. Obtain resident feedback on program effectiveness through the annual Resident Satisfaction Survey. Develop supportive relationships with residents and conduct regular outreach to encourage participation in resident programs. Provide and coordinate opportunities for residents to learn new skills, build community, and promote self‑sufficiency through social, educational, and StayWell activities. Connect residents to food resources in the community and facilitate distributions. Establish connections with service providers and maintain a community resource directory in an online database. Accurately prepare and maintain monthly budgets, program files, and other documents as required by regulatory requirements. Create monthly newsletters and a calendar of events and activities. Maintain collaborative relationships with property managers and REM staff and participate in biweekly meetings with the site team. Assist with recruiting and coordinating volunteers and vendors, as needed. Maintain resident confidentiality and respect mutual relationships. Attend Resident Council meetings and work with the Council and residents to encourage higher participation and program access. Interface regularly with provider agencies, public agencies, and community volunteer groups to maximize program effectiveness and monitor agency quality and compliance with agreements. Attend department and company meetings and trainings. Participate actively in EAH’s Injury and Illness Prevention Plan. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

BA degree in Social Services, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1–2 years of social service experience working with elderly or families. Benefits
